The Restaurante Las Manzanas is beautifully located in the lush forests of Mineral del Chico at the foot of an impressive rock massif, “Las Monjas” (the nuns). Here you can enjoy a delicious local fish, the so-called “Trucha en Hoja Santa” and then climb the surrounding rocks or go on a short hike. You will also pitch your tent on the restaurant's property and spend the night under the stars.
